Room and Board Rates
Chapman University is pleased to announce a new, simpler rate structure for campus housing, taking effect with the fall 2019 semester.
We recognize that enrolling and attending college is a significant financial investment for students and families.
In simplifying our housing rate structure, our focus creates a process that empowers students and families to make well-informed housing decisions to plan financially for their duration at Chapman University.
The two-year requirement consists of students who enter Chapman University within one year of their high school graduation.
