Work Requests
If you would you like to report a regular maintenance issue within the physical plant, please submit your request using the online request form. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate parties. Emergency requests will be handled immediately. However, all other request must be processed in the order they were received. If your work request has not been addressed within a maximum of (10) business days, please contact us.
Instructions on Using Online Work Request System

The Request Form displays a request form for Kennedy Hall. You will now begin typing in the requested information; your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, and area. The area selected should identify the location where you are requesting that maintenance work occur. In the request box, type your maintenance request. Write your maintenance work request so that it will include relevant and specific details. Click on the Submit button after you have provided all the relevant information. A new window will display notifying you that your request has been submitted. All work requests will be reviewed by the Facilities Manager. A submitted work request will be accepted and converted into a work order or will be denied. When a work request is denied an email will be sent to the requestor to notify of the action taken on their work request.
Room Requests
The Facilities Office is glad to accommodate any and all requests from Chapman University faculty, staff, students, and guests. Please ensure that you are familiar with the policies regarding room requests before you attempt to schedule a room.

If you would like to have your event published in the monthly Chapman University School of Law Calendar of Events, please download and submit Room Reservation Form along with your request. Please ensure that you have provided adequate descriptive information about your event for the calendar.
If you require a special setup for your event (i.e. reception tables, podiums, technology, etc.) please submit a copy of the Facilities Request Form along with your request.

Computer Labs
The library features a computer lab with twenty workstations and two electronic classrooms. The computer lab is located on the third floor of the library and is available for use only by Chapman law students and faculty. One computer classroom is equipped with PCs and is used for teaching computer-assisted legal research to first year students.
