Mock Interview Program
The fine art of interviewing can only be learned through practice. Mock interview programs will be available during both fall and spring semesters, so that all students will have the opportunity to practice their interviewing skills. Mock interviews will be conducted by practicing attorneys, who will give students valuable feedback and advice. All students are strongly encouraged to participate in this program.
The Career Services Office offers a Mentor Program for all first-year law students who would like to receive personal assistance from practicing attorneys. Participation in this program is a great way to begin or enhance your network of professional relationships. Information about the mentor program and how to participate in it will be distributed during the spring semester.
Practicing attorneys grant permission for current Chapman University School of Law students and alumni to contact them via email with questions about their specific practice area and career-related issues.
On-Campus Interview ("OCI") Program
The Career Services Office offers employers and law school students the convenience of interviewing on campus. The School of Law has state of the art facilities and can accommodate a large number of employers. Chapman hosts two annual On Campus Interviewing Programs. Fall On- Campus Interviewing is held from September through November. Spring On-Campus Interviewing occurs January through April. If an organization is unable to participate in On-Campus Interviewing, the Career Services Office will collect resumes and forward them to interested employers anytime throughout the year.

Law Student Organization Assistance
The Career Services Office welcomes partnering with student organizations to provide career services-related panels and events. We enjoy helping student groups at various stages of an event’s development. We can assist in the planning stages, publicity, and/or execution of the event.
