Transfer Reports

» Additional Reports Requested by the Admission Committee

During the transfer admission process, we may request the following reports. If one is needed, it will appear in your Applicant Status Page checklist and you will receive an email notification.

College Officials Report

This report will be requested if we require more information about your previous institution. If this is requested, the College Officials Report will be available in your Chapman Applicant Status Page checklist.

Mid-Term Report

Our Admission Committee will request a Mid-Term Report for one of the following reasons:

  • You will be in-progress with crucial prerequisites for the major(s) to which you've applied.
  • To gain a better idea of your current coursework progression.

The Mid-Term Report is a downloadable form. It asks you to list your current grade in each of your classes.

Fill out this form in your browser (or print it, fill it out and scan it) and email it to transfers@chapman.edu as soon as you have enough graded coursework or exams in your current semester or quarter courses. If your grades are not yet available, you can include a percentile or comments instead. Failure to submit this form on time will delay an admission decision.

If you will not be able to submit your Mid-Term Report in a timely manner, or have any questions, please email us at transfers@chapman.edu.
