Panther Housing Selection

Current first-year and continuing students are able to select where they live through the Panther Housing Selection process. Students can apply for housing between February 26th–March 11th. The Panther Housing Selection process will take place between April 2nd–April 10th. To learn more about the Panther Housing Selection process for the 2024-2025 academic school year, click on the "Learn more" button.

Note about the live-in requirement: Currently enrolled continuing students are required to live in Chapman housing through the end of their second year. Students going into their second year will be guaranteed a space in Chapman housing.

 

Summer Housing

Chapman University offers limited summer housing to students. Details regarding the 2024 summer housing application will be released in the spring of 2024. Learn more about summer housing by visiting the Summer Housing page.

 

Apply for Graduate Student Housing

Chapman University has limited housing available for graduate students. Students who are interested in living in graduate housing should contact their program for more details. However, it is recommended that graduate students should find alternative living arrangements off-campus.
