Our Residence Life and First-Year Experience Office is happy to help answer your questions about housing or living on campus.

Residential Support Desk

When the office is closed, you can get in touch with a Residence Life and First-Year Experience staff member by going to the Residential Support Desk.

Residential Support Desk location: Henley Hall Basement (next to the Henley Fitness Center)

Residential Support Desk hours: 

  • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.10 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m.10 p.m.

If you are unable to contact a staff member in your building or area, you can call Public Safety at (714) 997-6763.

What to do if you are locked out

If you are locked out of your residence hall or apartment, you can call the Resident Support Line to receive a lockout code that will let you in to the building. Call (657) 373-1200 to get your code.
