Opened in 2019, The K Residence Hall is a housing complex located at the site of one of Orange County’s historic packing houses, on the corner of West Palm Avenue and North Cypress Street in Old Towne Orange.

  • Rooms accommodate two or four students in apartment-style living arrangements.
  • With easy walking access to Chapman campus, the Orange Circle, and the Orange Farmers Market, The K is a perfect spot for continuing students to live on campus.

  • Twin extra-large mattress and bed frame for each resident.
  • One dresser for each resident.
  • One nightstand for each resident.

    • Cabinets.
  • Kitchen does not include oven.
