Just a short walk from campus, Sandhu Residence Center features room configurations in both traditional residence hall rooms and suites for first-year students.

The traditional rooms are available with single and triple occupancy.
The residence hall suites have two-bedroom and four-bedroom options that include a small kitchenette with sink and countertop area, plus a space for a small microfridge.
The Randall Dining Commons, Chapman’s main cafeteria, is located right inside Sandhu too.

Twin extra-long mattress and bed frame for each resident.
Dresser for each resident.
Desk and chair for each resident.
One bathroom (single suites share adjoining bathroom with attached room)
A/C and heating.

At least one phone jack.
Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms (in “quad single” rooms).

Microwave and fridge units are not included but may be rented for the entire academic year from our vendor.
