The Davis and Harris apartments offer students spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments within walking distance of the Chapman campus. These apartments are a great option for students looking to live in a quiet community close to the Orange campus.

• The Davis Apartment complex is separated into five three-story buildings, each of which has one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each building faces a central grassy quad that overlooks the community garden.
• The Harris Apartment complex is a two-story building of one-bedroom apartments.

• Built in 1965 (Harris Apartments) and 1972 (Davis Apartments).
• Named for John L. Davis, university president from 1957 to 1971.
  
• Available only to continuing undergraduate students.

In all Davis and Harris Apartment rooms, you’ll find:

• One twin extra-long bed for each resident.

There are no microwaves in the Davis and Harris Apartments.
