» Our Services
Central Ticketing Services is a complimentary amenity for Chapman community members hosting official university events. Our department is available to handle all of your ticketing needs, no matter the event style, area of interest, or location.
Our Services Include:
- Event configuration in our ticketing system, AudienceView
- Reservation management leading up to event start time
- Remote and onsite P.O.S. transaction processing (Cash, Check, Credit/Debit accepted)
- RSVP lists for free events
- Day-of RSVP check-in and ticket scanning services (upon request)
- Data mining and contact lists for marketing purposes
- Comprehensive sales and post-event reports
Please be advised that processed ticket sales will be subject to a $3.00 processing fee per ticket, automatically added to each patron ticket. This fee comes at no additional cost to the event host and is typically paid by the ticket buyer .
For Event Configuration Requests
Individuals hosting official university events that involve ticketing or reservation services are required to use our university ticketing system, AudienceView. This allows our ticketing team to process ticket sales and RSVP’s, provide sales reports, and add your event to the online marketplace on our ticketing site for patrons to purchase or reserve remotely.
Prior to accessing the request form, please make sure you have the following:
- Event name and description
- Event venue (venue reservation must be confirmed prior to request)
- Event capacity
- Pricing schema
- Gift component or premium value (must be pre-approved by UA)
- Expected sales
- Onsale date
- Budget Code
