The Future of Place: Innovations in Real Estate and How We Live
December 5 – 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

As the real estate world emerges from the pandemic, the urban landscape is dramatically changing. Our cities are undergoing fundamental change with the repurposing of Real Estate needing to align to the disruption being experienced.

Our cities need to become dynamic hubs of innovation to create new products and services that address global challenges. This includes addressing the need for affordable housing, new ways of mobility, upskilling talent and leveraging technology to improve the built environment.

The good news is that investors are still confident in real estate as an asset class. The big changes will be in what property they invest in, meaning the places we live, work and play in may look very different in the years to come. Our panel will discuss:

  • Global real estate macro trends
  • Data-Driven Proptech Insights
  • AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing
  • Inclusive Proptech Investment Strategies
  • IoT in Multifamily and Office Buildings
  • Blockchain Transactions
  • Proptech for Environmental Sustainability
  • Immersive Proptech Experiences

Learn how Orange County is re-shaping the way we work and live at this fascinating panel.
