RESEARCH/TEACHING INTERESTS
Tom Springer’s teaching interests include operating systems, networking, computer architecture, embedded systems and mobile computing. Tom was an embedded software engineer with the Boeing company where he worked on numerous large-scale software projects for aerospace, military and commercial applications. Tom’s research interests include Embedded Systems, Real-Time Computing, Cyber-Physical Systems, the Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Security.
