Professor Malamud is a seasoned expert in the Data & AI space with numerous years of hands-on experience in leading cutting-edge projects in data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI across various industries during her tenure at IBM Consulting. In her role, Professor Malamud spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives, focusing on the development and implementation of enterprise-level ML/AI applications tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
One of her notable contributions includes leading research initiatives aimed at accelerating the development of RAG-based Generative AI applications and pushing solutions across the production-ready finish line, positioning enterprises to leverage AI for enhanced decision-making and innovation. Her expertise in this area has helped businesses unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Professor Malamud is passionate about the intersection of AI solutions and their ethical implications, with a strong focus on promoting responsible AI practices.
