RESEARCH/TEACHING INTERESTS
Chris' main research focuses on efficiently simulating the interactions between neurons, implanted electrodes, and the tissues around them. Beyond the specifics of these neural interfaces, he is interested in modern technologies that accelerate the prototyping of electrical and mechanical systems such as 3d printing and CAD/CAM. Above all, he enjoys facilitating interactivity and hands-on learning throughout his courses.
