Pledges and Recurring Gifts
A pledge is a commitment to gift a certain sum of money to Chapman, which is made in installments over time with a definite end date. Online payments to existing, offline pledges can be accepted through our payment gateway at the links below.

A recurring gift is a regular, ongoing gift of a designated amount, which is usually processed automatically at regular intervals at the payment gateway.
To create an online recurring gift or pledge, scroll through the areas of giving page and select the fund you wish to support. After providing your recurring gift amount, select the recurring payment option. You can then select the frequency of your gift (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually). To make your gift a close-ended pledge, you can also define the number of payments (for instance, to pledge $200 over 2 years, you could make a recurring, quarterly gift of $25 for 8 payments).
If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Chapman Fund at (714) 516-5440.
Designated Matching Gifts
Faculty/Staff Payroll Deductions
Chapman University faculty and staff can designate a payroll deduction for a charitable gift to the university. These gifts can be deducted at the donor’s discretion. (ex. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)
Gifts via payroll deduction will not only make a deep impact but also be counted towards the university’s I’M IN! Annual Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign. To designate a payroll deduction, download and complete this fillable form, sign, and forward to the university’s Gift Recorder at jmccoy@chapman.edu.
