Financial Well-being involves an awareness of your current financial situation, living within your financial means, developing a savings plan, and planning for your future financial health.  By taking time to understand how to manage personal finances, you can improve your financial habits and reduce overall financial stress.

Financial Assistance for Chapman Activities

While the great majority of financial aid is awarded during the admission process to help students understand the cost of attending Chapman as they decide where to attend college, Chapman does offer certain forms of assistance for studying abroad, research opportunities, and creative activity to help current students get the most out of their Chapman experience.

Peer Financial Wellness Coaching for Financial Literacy

The Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid offers peer financial wellness coaching to provide one-one-one support with budgeting, managing credit, understanding loans, and preparing for your financial future.

Support for Students in Financial Hardship

If you're experiencing an acute financial hardship, the Dean of Students Office and other departments in the Division of Student Affairs can help connect you to on- and off-campus resources including free laptop rentals, food-insecurity support, and other forms of personalized assistance, all of which can help to alleviate some of the stressors that come with periods of financial insecurity.
