The Honorable George L. Argyros Young Alumni Giving Challenge sponsored By CUYA
Chapman Young Alumni (CUYA) was challenged in March by alumnus and passionate supporter the Honorable George L. Argyros ’59. George matched your tax-deductible donation to the Chapman Fund dollar for dollar, up to $50,000 thereby doubling your impact and helping twice as many students! So your $20 donation becomes $40; your $100 becomes $200 and so on.
CUYA! $50,000 + Argyros $50,000 = $100,000 for students.
We Did It!
Over 516 young alumni came together to raise more than $50,000 to meet George’s challenge. With George's contribution, we were able to give more than $100,000 to the Chapman Fund for scholarship programs, student opportunities, faculty excellence and emerging opportunities! The Young Alumni Giving Challenge was the perfect opportunity to help current students and future generations get the same incredible Chapman experience that we enjoyed. And just as Chapman has shaped the path of our lives, by giving back, you have shaped the future of future Panthers’ lives.
Thank you to those young alumni have gave back. We could not of done this without you.
If you did not get a chance to give back during the Challenge, you can still give by clicking here.

"It has been an honor and privilege for Julia and me to participate in helping our young scholars pursue their dreams and goals. We need to inspire people to reach high and dare to dream big dreams." - George L. Argyros
