  1. Demonstrate ability to access, identify key concepts, evaluate communication studies research, and apply scientific methods to competently interpret and represent quantitative and qualitative data in graphs/tables/statistics, test hypotheses, and support arguments.
  2. Create high quality and compelling written documents which demonstrate ethical use of sources to synthesize, analyze, and critically evaluate communication theories/principles/phenomena while recognizing the issue complexity and position limitations.
  3. Develop, organize, and deliver oral messages supported with ideas and information suitable to the topic, purpose, and audience.
