Welcome Extended Education Students! The Student Business Services Office is responsible for student billing and the collection of tuition, fees, housing and other student charges. In preparation for the upcoming term, please review the Extended Education Student Checklist.

Important Dates and Deadlines

  • Tuition Due: Tuition charges are due in full immediately, upon registration.
      • Fall 2023 Cohort:
        • Term 1: August 11, 2023
        • Term 2: October 13, 2023
        • Term 3: January 12, 2024
        • Term 4: March 15, 2024
        • Term 5: May 17, 2024
      • Spring 2024 Cohort:
        • Term 1: January 12, 2024
        • Term 2: March 15, 2024
        • Term 3: May 17, 2024
        • Term 4: August 9, 2024
        • Term 5: October 11, 2024
  • Prior to First Day of Term: Purchase Tuition Protection Deadline.
  • First Day of Term: Proof of Health Insurance Deadline.
  • First Day of Term: Submit the Tuition & Fee Master Payment Contract Deadline.
  • Monthly: eStatements go out to students & Panther Partner Authorized Users.

Post-Baccalaureate Communication Sciences & Disorders

  • Post-Baccalaureate CSD Certificate Program
    • Per credit: $400

Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract (Mandatory): All students enrolled at Chapman University are required to complete the Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract. This will be required at the start at each academic year. The latest available form will be available on your Student Center eForms. 

Authorization to Release Student Information form: Student records at Chapman University are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Chapman University is prohibited from providing student record information to third parties, such as billing, financial aid, educational records, etc. In order for Chapman University to release student record information to anyone other than the student, the Chapman Release Authorization form must be signed and submitted by the student. Student record information will only be released by departments authorized, and only to the individuals specified on the release form.
