As president, Joondeph oversees the Student Government Association (SGA) and works with the other members of the Executive Council and Senate to represent the voice of the student body. He works as a liaison between the students and the university administration as an advocate for student needs.
Joondeph is a Philosophy major with minors in Political Science & Leadership and Organizational Studies from Denver, Colorado.
In addition to serving as student body president, he is a member of Chapman Radio, Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity, Mortar Board and Latin American Student Association. He also serves on the Chancellor's Student Advisory Board, and studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina during Fall 2011.

Brenton Burke

As vice president, Burke represents the student voice along with the President and the Executive Council. He is the liaison between the SGA Senate and the Executive Council and presides over Senate meetings.
Burke is a Communication Studies major from Anaheim, California.
He works at Atmosphere Entertainment and serves on the Faculty Senate Council for Sustainability. He also volunteers with Anaheim RACES.
"My favorite class at Chapman thus far has been Dr. Caparaso's Introduction to Food Science. It was so far from my typical areas of interest and provided such a different perspective on an prolific, everyday topic-- the food we eat."

Rachel Tilghman
Director of Public Relations

As the director of public relations, Tilghman oversees all communication for the Student Government Association. She maintains the SGA website and social media sites, develops SGA campaigns, and monitors all promotional materials.
Tilghman is a Public Relations and Advertising major with a Psychology minor from Richmond, Virginia.
She works part time in the Communications Department at the Anaheim Orange County Visitors and Convention Bureau, and as a front office assistant at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. She is also involved on campus as a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, the Student Philanthropy Initiative, the Senior Legacy Campaign, and as a Chapman Ambassador. Tilghman also serves as the chair of the Sodexo Student Board of Directors.
"When I first visited Chapman during Accepted Students Day, there was a post it note in the bookstore that said "Yell Mickey Mouse Rules! three times really loudly to win a prize." Everyone else was ignoring it, but I did it. I won a $50 giftcard, but it was more that than that. Standing out was celebrated. That's when I decided to come to Chapman."

Kellyn Hodge
Director of Finance

As the director of finance, Kellyn Hodge oversees the finances of all SGA funds. He serves as an ex-officio member of the Senate Allocations Committee, updates and maintains all SGA funds, and processes check requests from campus clubs and organizations.
Hodge is a Accounting and Political Science double major from Camas, Washington.
He works at the Office of Graduate Admission for Chapman, and is a member of the Accounting Society, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, and the Inter Fraternity Council.
