The Student Events Advisory Committee (SEAC) was created as a time-saving event planning resource for students. This committee is comprised of the representatives from the following offices:

•  Risk Management
•  Public Safety
•  Student & Campus Life
•  Calendaring
•  Facilities
•  Media Services
•  Sodexo
•  Greek Life

To attend one of these weekly meetings to get assistance with your upcoming event, contact studentorgs@chapman.edu.

25Live is Chapman’s online room scheduling system.  To access 25Live, your organization must first attend a 25Live training. Upon completion of the training, your organization will receive information to log into the system.  To sign up for a training, contact the Student Org Assistants at studentorgs@chapman.edu or in Argyros Forum 303.

Clubs and organizations recognized by the Department of Student & Campus Life may apply for funds through the Student Government Association using the Student Org Funding Application.
