Cheril Hendry has witnessed the marketing industry shift over the years with the advent of technology and the introduction of the Internet. Her company, Brandtailers, is one of the top digital/traditional agencies in Orange County and has successfully mastered the use of the new technology and tools available to marketing professionals. From national work with automotive clients including Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Infiniti and more, to marketing campaigns for Red Robin, San Diego Chargers, MagLite, Carls' Jr, various home improvement companies and local banks, Hendry's experience brings together a strong history of marketing focused on the consumer.
Although marketing involves a lot of creativity, Hendry is quick to point out that it is not the only skill needed in this profession. “It is about problem solving. If you like research, strategy, and interfacing with others, pursue it.” She brings her ongoing experience, expertise, and street-smarts to her classroom on a regular basis, providing students with real-life knowledge about the industry.
