Katherine (Kay) Napier serves as the CEO of Arbonne International, a privately held skin care, cosmetics and nutritional company. Ms. Napier held executive positions at Procter & Gamble and McDonald’s Corporation. She currently serves on the board of directors of Hill Rom Holdings, Inc., Medical Technologies, and Exact Sciences, a molecular diagnostics company.
Ms. Napier joined Arbonne in 2009, and in early 2010 led the company through a bankruptcy in 37 days, emerging with a much stronger financial outlook. She was successful through this process due to constant and straightforward communication to the sales force, and a positive outlook on the future. Post bankruptcy, Ms. Napier focused on stabilizing the business, and now has a strong balance sheet and the company has been experiencing significant growth.
Ms. Napier earned a bachelor's degree in economics and studio fine arts from Georgetown University, and an MBA in marketing and finance from Xavier University.
