A twice-yearly event featuring a selection of the best films from the previous school year, First Cut showcases undergraduate and graduate thesis films for industry professionals, alumni, families, and prospective students at the DGA Theaters in Los Angeles and New York City.

Dodge College of Film and Media Arts partners with the Busan International Film Festival (considered to be the “Cannes” of Asia) to present Busan West. Over the course of three days Dodge College hosts a showcase contemporary and classic feature films and documentaries and programs featuring prominent Asian filmmakers.
