Persons making reports are not required to provide their names, and Chapman University will treat the investigation of any report as a confidential matter. Reports submitted to EthicsPoint, Inc. will be forwarded to the proper University officials for review.
Chapman University encourages you to return to this web site within 10 business days of filing a report using the Report Key assigned by EthicsPoint and your private password. The University may require additional information from you prior to proceeding with an investigation. Your anonymity will be protected by EthicsPoint.

However, this hotline service does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods at Chapman University. Employees are encouraged to bring concerns directly to their supervisor, Human Resources, or other campus entities as appropriate.
