Welcome to the Event Scheduling Office,
home of Chapman’s online space reservation system, 25Live.
25Live enables authorized members of the
Chapman community to view event information and to simultaneously request the
use of University space, equipment and services 24 hours a day, seven days a
week from any computer with internet accessibility. Whether it is a weekly meeting, lecture or
special event, the Event Scheduling Office is here to help you reserve the
space and services you need for a successful event.
(A username and password is
required to access 25Live. You will
receive an email notification once your request has been received. Submittal of a request in 25Live does not
automatically approve the space, equipment and services. Your reservation is confirmed only after your
space is assigned by the Event Scheduling Office and the support departments
have approved the equipment and services.
Due to the high volume of requests, please allow at least (5) business
