Dr. Tess Breen

Dr. Tess Breen specializes in leadership development, improving communication skills, and cultivating emotional intelligence in future leaders. She is also CEO of an organizational development consulting firm where she provides coaching for individuals and teams to understand and address their leadership development needs. 

Dr. Breen has worked with hundreds of individuals in nearly every industry imaginable, earning the distinction of “thought leader” in organizational change & development. Her client list includes a wide variety of Fortune 500 executives.  

She is also a wife, mother of 4 children, and an adoptive mother. Aside from her family, she is most proud of her advocacy work for local foster youth and victims of human trafficking. Her personal experience fuels her passion for supporting at-risk youth in our community to achieve the lives they envision for themselves.
