Biography

Education: Columbia University: Master of Philosophy, French & Romance Philology University of Nice, France: Diplôme d’Études Approfondies (D.E.A.), Maîtrise de Lettres Modernes. Maîtrise de Droit Privé (JD French Private Law).

Roxane Teboul is a graduate of Columbia University in the city of New York and the University of Nice in France where she earned MA degrees in French Literature as well as a JD in French private law. She also holds a California Single Subject Clear Teaching Credential in French. She is a native-French speaker from Nice, France. Her scholarly and teaching interests include all levels of French language and literature, French literature and law, business French, and the work of famous French writers such as Nobel Literature Laureate J.M.G. Le Clézio, and François Rabelais. She is the French program director and faculty mentor of the National French Honor Society (Pi Delta Phi).
