Biography

Nate Camuti (JD '14) is an adjunct professor at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, teaching courses in copyright law and patent law. In addition to teaching, Mr. Camuti is a registered patent attorney and the Founder and Managing Attorney of Camuti Law Group APC, an intellectual property law firm specializing in patent, trademark, and copyright law. As an active member of the intellectual property law community, Camuti served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Intellectual Property Law Association beginning in 2015 and continuing through his year as President of the organization in 2020.

Nathan Camuti is also an active member of the Fowler School of Law’s alumni network. He serves as Chair of the Fowler School of Law Alumni Advisory Board and is a member of the Fowler School of Law Dean’s Counsel. Prior to graduating from Fowler School of Law, Nathan earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from UC Irvine.

When he is not practicing or teaching law, Mr. Camuti enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending concerts, and riding his mountain bike.
