Dr. Andrea Wolfs joined Chapman University in 2022 as an Instructional Assistant Professor of Psychology. As an undergraduate student, she became interested in memory and the factors that influence witness memory for a crime. Her research addresses questions at the intersection of Psychology and the legal system. Although much of her research has studied psycho-legal topics in criminal cases, her studies have spanned a variety of topics within the civil, bankruptcy, and criminal legal arenas. In addition to her main interests in investigative interviewing and memory, her interests include bias, judicial decision-making, and police practices.
