Mondays, 1:00-2:30
Beginning Sept. 24th, 2012
SPCS Group Room
This group is created for students who are dealing with a recent or distant loss that continues to cause feelings of sadness, pain, and sometimes confusion and anger. The process of working through grief can be complicated, but a group environment can offer help and support that is often necessary to help you through a difficult time in your life. If you are interested in having a safe space to talk about your own loss, or simply get some additional support, contact us to express your interest.

Wednesdays, 3:00-4:15
Beginning Oct. 10, 2012
SPCS Group Room
- Meet with other students who are facing similar challenges
- Develop an understanding of your thought processes
- Learn tools for coping with and managing anxiety
- Practice Relaxation and Mindfulness to reduce stress level
