This group will focus on understanding and overcoming your anxiety with particular focus each week. Learn about your social and academic anxiety, and gain the tools to stop avoiding life and get back to participating in all the things you love!
Adjusting to College Life
This is a process group that provides support to students around the issue of adjusting to life at college. Topics include: homesickness, getting connected on campus, time management, living with roommates & developing new friendships. This

"I AM Enough?"
Self-Worth Workshop with Ashley • Tuesdays 5-6 p.m. Beginning Sept. 9th (for 4 weeks)
This group provides support to individuals struggling with negative feelings related to self worth. Topics we will discuss and focus on will be positive self affirmations, self-esteem building activities and connecting with others in a way that promotes self-esteem. We will also discuss perfectionism, comparing and shame and how these things hinder positive growth.
"How Come Everyone Else Has It Together?"
Self-confidence Workshop with Jen • Fridays 11 a.m..-12 p.m..
This group will focus on supporting you to connect with your own inner-strength to build self-confidence. Develop useful skills to gain self-confidence, build positive body image, and improve confidence in handling social interactions. When you learn to become more confident about yourself, you will notice positive changes in your relationships and in other areas of your life.
