RESEARCH/TEACHING INTERESTS
Dr. Zhao’s research interests center around the design of low power/energy digital integrated circuits for processors, particularly for clocking systems in processors using CMOS transistors. Current projects include applying clock gate technique within flip flop at transistor level, low voltage design and low power circuit design using novel device.
