Throughout her career, Lee has broken down many barriers and continues to do so with her production company Lotus Media House, which currently produces Shoes Off Inside, a vodcast that explores the API experience and beyond, which she hosts with actresses Kelly Hu and Tamlyn Tomita.

In 2021, Lee’s impact and work in API activism and education was recognized by Forbes when she was named to their “Forbes 50 Over 50” list.

Her other professional roles include those as an L.A.-based correspondent and host for international network CGTN-America; a talk show host for Oprah Winfrey’s Oxygen Media; and a lead anchor for CNBC in Singapore.
