To have your talk scheduled and have the abstract printed in the booklet of abstracts, your title and abstract should be submitted by July 5, 2013 (extended from July 1). Title and abstract can be submitted up to July 15, 2013, but may not appear in the booklet of abstracts if submitted after July 5.
