» Parking & Transportation Services

Parking & Transportation Services coordinates and regulates the administration of the Chapman Parking Policy, with respect to vehicle registration and parking enforcement in an effort to provide safe and available parking for all members of the campus community as well as their guests.

Parking & Transportation Services also manages the University Shuttle Service for the Chapman owned parking lots and off-site residence complexes, as well as oversees the University Rental Fleet.

23/24 Permit Expiration Date: August 16th 2024

Parking permits for the upcoming 24/25 academic year are now available for registration.

Click the Parking Permit Registration tab on the left for information on how to register for your complimentary student, staff or faculty parking permit.

Although parking permits are complimentary to Chapman constituents, a valid parking permit is required at all times in all Chapman owned parking areas. Parking permits are virtual and are validated by license plate cameras (LPR). The license plate number must be registered to a valid parking permit. Please verify your account information prior to parking on campus.

Parking areas are restricted/enforced based on permit type 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including breaks and holidays.

Information on the Chapman Shuttle Service or Rental Fleet is available by clicking the Transportation Services tab on the left side of the page.
