PLAN THOUGHTFULLY

Members of the Town & Gown Legacy Circle have chosen to enhance their legacy by including Chapman University's Town & Gown in their estate plans. Whether it’s a gift through your will, living trust or by beneficiary designation, or perhaps a charitable trust, gift annuity or life insurance policy, legacy gifts are a powerful way to plan for the future while supporting the mission of Town & Gown.

Legacy Circle members ensure that Town & Gown will continue providing vital support to Chapman University through scholarships, endowments, campus improvement and beautification projects and more. It’s an investment in a bright future, not just for Town & Gown but for the University as a whole.

Some Legacy Circle members choose to leave an exact dollar amount while others specify a percentage of an estate asset. There is no minimum amount and the details of your legacy gift will always be strictly confidential between you and the University.

If you let us know about your legacy gift for Town & Gown, we would like to add your name to our Legacy Circle plaque in the Town & Gown Conference Room, Beckman Hall, Room 401. Your Legacy Circle gift will also qualify you for membership in the University’s prestigious Charles C. Chapman Legacy Society, allowing us to recognize your generosity and inspiring others to give.
