We want to explain the difference between the two Chapman systems you’ll have access to as an incoming student:
- Your Application Status Page, which applicants gain access to within 24-hours of submitting their application; and
- Your Student Center portal, which admitted students gain access to after their acceptance notifications are released. Most admitted students will not need to access their Student Center until after they have submitted their deposit.
Note that the two systems require different login information.
Application Status Page: Application Process & Admission Events
The Application Status Page is where you have been tracking your application. You will use the Application Status Page to:
- View your admission letter
- View your financial aid award
- View your admission checklist, which includes items required after admission
- View SAT/ACT unofficial and official test scores received (if you did not apply test optional)
- Register for admitted student events and Summer Welcome Receptions (you will also use your login information to register for these events)
- Respond to your admission offer, pay your enrollment deposit and housing reservation payment
You will login to the Application Status Page with the email you used to apply to Chapman and the password you established.
If you have questions about the Application Status Page, you can contact the Office of Admission at admit@chapman.edu or (714) 997-6711.
Student Center Portal
You’ll use the Student Center throughout your time at Chapman—including completing some items before you start class. As a potential or incoming student, you can use it to:
- View credits that transferred over from AP/college classes (not done until final transcripts are received and processed)
- Register for classes
You will login with your Chapman username and Chapman password. If you need help logging in, please contact our Information Systems & Technology Help Desk at servicedesk@chapman.edu or (714) 997-6600.
You can also access training resources for the Student Center here.
