Program review is a lengthy process that involves a great deal of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including the program’s faculty and staff, external reviewers from peer institutions, the Office of Accreditation and Assessment, institutional leadership, and faculty governance committees and councils. In general, programs can expect the following schedule of events (programs with external accreditation should follow the procedures and timelines of their accrediting bodies):
