Parking & Transportation Services coordinates and regulates the administration of
the Chapman Parking Policy, with respect to vehicle registration and parking enforcement
in an effort to provide safe and available parking for all members of the campus community
as well as their guests.
Parking & Transportation Services also manages the University Shuttle Service for
the Chapman owned parking lots and off-site residence complexes, as well as oversees
the University Rental Fleet.
Although parking permits are complimentary to Chapman constituents, a valid parking
permit is required at all times in Chapman owned parking areas. Parking permits are
virtual and are validated by license plate cameras (LPR). Any vehicle driven to campus
must be registered to a current permit prior to parking on campus, this includes rentals
or alternate vehicles driven for a short time.

staff or faculty parking permit.
Parking areas are restricted/enforced based on permit type 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week including breaks and holidays.
