Welcome to Ticketing Services; the resource for all ticketing needs for events hosted by the Chapman University community. We are a complimentary amenity for Chapman event hosts and our extensive services come at no additional cost. As skilled professionals with years of ticketing experience from other organizations, we are here to offer guidance based on our expertise, industry trends, and best practices. Our team strives to provide patrons with the highest level of customer service. We provide ticketing for hundreds of events every year and are committed to making sure all of your ticketing needs are executed successfully.
Individuals hosting official Chapman University paid events must work with Ticketing Services, using our university ticketing system, AudienceView. Individuals hosting free events may choose to work with us. If you are a Chapman event organizer and need to have it set up in AudienceView, please complete our Event Build Request Form no later than two weeks before your desired on-sale date.
Our Services:
- Event configuration in our ticketing system, AudienceView
- Reservation management leading up to event
- Remote and onsite P.O.S. transaction processing (Cash, Check, Credit/Debit accepted)
- RSVP lists or physical (printed, email, or digital wallet) tickets
- Day-of RSVP check-in and ticket scanning services (upon request, when available)
- Data mining and contact lists for marketing purposes
- Comprehensive sales and post-event reports
Please be advised that each ticket above $25 is subject to a $3 processing fee. This fee comes at no additional cost to the event host, as it is paid by the patron. Chapman student tickets are never subject to additional fees.
