Planning an event can seem a daunting task, and that's why we're here to help! Each year, we provide support for thousands of events at Chapman. We can help each step of the way, from reserving your venue, to ensuring the successful execution of your event on the day of.
Event Scheduling
The first step in the process is to schedule your event space through Chapman's online space reservation system, 25Live. 25Live enables authorized members of the Chapman community to request the use of university space, equipment and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with internet accessibility. Whether it is a weekly meeting, lecture, or special event, Event Operations is here to help you reserve the space and services you need for a successful event.
Note: To access 25Live, you must be trained, and permissions must be granted. 25Live training schedule can be found in Guides & Resources.
Students authorized to organize events on behalf of recognized student organizations and fraternities/sororities can submit a space requests using Panther Connect.
Event Ticketing
Once you have your event scheduled, you can submit a request to Ticketing Services to request registration services. For more information on ticketing, visit Ticketing Services.
