- The application fee is $60 USD and is non-refundable.
- Payments are accepted by credit card and electronic check.
- An application will not be reviewed for admission without the application fee submitted.
- Applicants using the Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS, PTCAS, PharmCAS, PharmGrad, CASPA) will be charged an application fee once they submit their application. This fee is set and paid to the CAS systems and Chapman University has no regulation over this payment.
Fee Waivers
- Waivers for the $60 fee are available for qualified domestic applicants only.
- Chapman is unable to waive the application fee for international students.
Who is eligible for a fee waiver?
Chapman offers various options for graduate application fee waivers. Please review these categories below, so you can determine if you are eligible.
The following applicant types will have their fee waived automatically when they apply:
- Applicants to the Integrated programs.
- Chapman affiliates:
- Current employees or students, dependents/spouses of current employees, and Chapman alumni.
- Current or former members of the United States military and their dependents.
Application Fee Waiver requests will be accepted by the following applicant types:
- U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents with demonstrated financial hardships
- Eligibility Requirements: You must be able to show proof of your ability to afford the cost of attendance.
- Chapman supported application fee
- Eligibility Requirements: Your intended graduate program has requested on your behalf to the Graduate Admission Office in writing that they support your waiver.
- This is applicable for both the general application and CAS applications.
