Rho Gammas PΓ
During Panhellenic Recruitment, you will be placed with a group of other Potential New Members. Your Recruitment Group will be assigned Recruitment Guides (Rho Gammas). Each Recruitment Guide (Rho Gamma) is a member of sorority at Chapman. She is selected by the Panhellenic Council through a competitive application process. She is chosen for her ability to relate to people, her positive attitude, her communication skills and her leadership experience.
Your Recruitment Guide (Rho Gamma) is your primary resource for Panhellenic Recruitment. She has been extensively trained by the Panhellenic council and University officials. She is temporarily disaffiliated from her chapter so that she can remain an unbiased and neutral guide. She will take you to parties each night, provide you with important information and help you with any decisions or questions you have.
