»Students Accepted to Study Abroad

Once you are Accepted to study abroad through Chapman, you will need to “Commit” to your program. Once you login in the Global Gateway, you will see instructions on your main application page to “Commit.” This is important, as it lets the Center for Global Education know that you intend to study abroad. Once you have committed, you can being applying directly to your provider/host institution for your program.  View the Applications Instructions box on the Global Gateway to begin.

The provider application and paperwork may require an essay and letters of recommendation, so give yourself plenty of time to complete this application.  If they include a “Study Abroad Advisor” form, a “Disciplinary Clearance” form, or a “Transcript Approval” form, please fill out your student information and then bring these forms to the Center for Global Education and we will return them to you when our staff completes them. A Letter of Recommendation form should be given to a faculty member.
