CLASSROOM SUPPORT
Media Services provides training and support for the users of classroom media systems. If you have special needs to enhance the classroom experience, give us a call and we will do all that we can to make it happen.
SPECIAL EVENT SUPPORT
We can provide equipment and support for your special event. Whether it's microphones and sound equipment, projectors and screens, video conferencing, web casting, or all of the above, we can help make your event a success. For an event planning guide visit the "Event Planning Guide" web site.
VIDEO TO DVD
Video from VHS or mini DV can be transferred to DVD. For information on copyright laws visit the "Copyright Internet Resources" web site.
VIDEO RECORDING
Video recording of classes or special events can be provided. Please schedule as far in advance as possible due to limited availability of this type of equipment.
VIDEO CONFERENCING
The Media Services Department supports users in the Video Conferencing facility in Beckman 109. This facility can be scheduled by contacting the Conferences Services Department.
VIDEO STREAMING ON THE WEB
We have the ability to stream your event on the web or transfer your videos to Quicktime format for use on the web or on CD-ROM. Contact us for details.

*We do not provide Mac video adapters. It is your responsibility to bring any necessary adapters to connect your equipment.
*We do not provide sound equipment for bands or DJ's
Services are provided on a first come first served basis.
If your event is on Monday through Thursday, or Friday before 5pm: Requests must be made no later than 1 business day prior to date of your event.
If your event is on Friday after 5pm, Saturday, or Sunday: Requests must be made no later than 3 business days prior to the weekend of your event.
When requesting transfers to DVD, please provide us with a blank DVD-R for every copy you wish to have made.
