Munira Akhunzada and Shamsi Maqsoudi, both experienced in Afghanistan law, have come to the United States as part of the U.S. government’s Public Private Partnership for Justice Reform in Afghanistan with the goal of helping improve the rule of law and human rights in their home country.
Hearing the roar of a full orchestra, seeing the magnificent sets of the theatre, feeling the inspirational words spoken by living legends – these experiences occur every day at Chapman University. And students not only get to attend these wonderful events, most times they take center stage and shine.

A record number of four Chapman University students have been awarded Fulbright Scholarships for 2013-2014, enabling them to study, teach and conduct research abroad after graduation this May.
