    Munira Akhunzada and Shamsi Maqsoudi, both experienced in Afghanistan law, have come to the United States as part of the U.S. government’s Public Private Partnership for Justice Reform in Afghanistan with the goal of helping improve the rule of law and human rights in their home country.
