Chapman University offers scholarships and grants to students, many of which are need-based. When awarding aid, Chapman must follow all federal and state laws and regulations of aid programs. Our decisions are based on these laws and regulations, the information you and your family provide, the number of applicants, and total funds available.
Scholarships and grants are funds awarded to the student that do not have to be repaid. Grants may come from the federal government, the state government, or Chapman University. Student eligibility for grants is determined each academic year based on the information provided on the FAFSA and a student's Satisfactory Academic Progress. Scholarships may come from Chapman University or other donors.
