Report an Incident
Anyone with information about a possible hazing incident has a responsibility to report it to the Chapman Department of Public Safety at (714) 997-6763 or contact the Dean of Students office (dos@chapman.edu) or Fraternity and Sorority Life office (greeklife@chapman.edu). Additional opportunities for reporting hazing include filling out a SOS Form, contacting an organization advisor, or notifying another university representative.
Students and/or organizations engaging in activity that is considered hazing as defined by California law may also be reported to the Orange Police Department.
