Senior administrators, as well as the campus community, are regularly informed by the survey research conducted by Institutional Researcher and Decision Support (IRADS). IRADS's comprehensive survey schedule, which includes “home grown” surveys and national benchmarking surveys, is designed to assess student learning, engagement, satisfaction, and overall college perceptions. While most surveys are administered to current students, IRADS also regularly surveys alumni, staff, and faculty for their perceptions of Chapman University. IRADS is responsible for the administration, analysis, and dissemination of the survey results. Results are shared with senior administration and the wider campus community to use for planning, decision-making, and to inform committee work.
